If you’re a dad and husband. (And, a human):

Let’s tell the mother of our children how deeply we appreciate her for doing most of the heavy lifting when it comes to bringing them up and teaching them how to become awesome humans. 

Tell her that you love ( ♥ ͜ʖ ♥) her.

Let’s look our soulmate deeply in her eyes, and hold her gently, and tell her how much we appreciate her for having our back every step of this journey.

Tell her that you love ( ♥ ͜ʖ ♥) her.

Let’s take each of our children aside and tell them how proud you are of them, no matter how they choose to show up in this world.  Tell them that it is because of them that you have the most awesome gift in the world … to be called father, dad, papa.
